At St. Matthew’s there is always something exciting going on! We have a wonderfully creative curriculum, so that lessons are, in the words of the children, “Really fun!” and there are many different activities going on throughout the day, in school and out and about.
One of the main benefits of our fantastic location is all the opportunities we have for school trips. We visit many wonderful places within walking distance of the school (eg. Tate Britain, National Gallery, St. James’ Park, Cabinet War Rooms) and make good use of the excellent transport links nearby to visit places of interest across central London, such as the Natural History Museum, Lord’s Cricket Ground and the Museum of London.
We also venture out of London every year for our annual residential trip to Sayers Croft Field Centre in Surrey.
